Precision Fluid Controls, Inc. has many pressure control and valve designs that may be modified to customer’s specifications. We also provide custom designs built entirely from specified requirements. Our custom products include oxidizer and fuel valves for main engine applications, butterfly valves, sleeve valves, relief valves, check valves and pressure regulators. Sleeve Valves:

Sleeve valve designs offer fast actuation, compact size and may be used in both ambient and cryogenic applications.

Butterfly Valves:

Butterfly valves are often used in pre-valve applications. These valves are designed for pressures up to 200spsi and may be used in both cryogenic and ambient conditions.

Ball Valves for Flight Applications:

Ball valves with custom high pressure actuators are available for both cryogenic and ambient applications.

Miniature Pressure Reducing Regulator:

Custom regulators are available and range in size from miniature to large dome loaded regulators. Applications include unmanned aerial vehicles, medical applications and ground support.

Pressure Reducing Regulators:

Pressure reducing regulators are available for both high and low pressure application. These regulators are designed to minimize weight and are available with either a diaphragm or piston style design, multiple Cvs are also available.

Custom Designed Pressure Reducing Regulators:

Applications for custom designed pressure reducing regulators include high temperature, hydrogen fuel cells, severe service and many others. Please contact us for applications that require additional engineering design.

Cartridge Solenoid:

Cartridge Solenoids are available for manifold mounting, shown is a 3 way, 2 position valve. A full line of solenoid valves will soon be available for flight and ground support applications.
