Precision Fluid Control excells at supplying custom products for Aerospace applications. Using our extensive library of designs, we are often able to modify an existing product to meet customer specifications. We also design unique valve and pressure controls directly from a customer provided specification. Our non recurring engineering charges are often minimal. We maintain close communication with our customers throughout the design, manufacturing, testing and installation phases.

Ball Valves
PFC Ball Valves are used as isolation and main engine valves for multiple applications. These valves are used in both cryogenic and ambient applications and are compatible with many fuels and oxidizers. They offer rapid, consistent actuation times and are offered in multiple sizes. PFC will customize a ball valve to meet customer specifications.

Sleeve Valves
Available for both cryogenic and ambient applications, sleeve valves offer a very lightweight alternative for fluid control. These valves may be used in main engine, gas generator or system isolation applications. Valves are sculpted for weight reduction and are available in multiple sizes and pressures.

Right Angle Poppet Valves
Right Angle Poppet Valves by PFC are available for both shut off and throttling applications. These valves may be used as main engine valves and can be designed or modified to meet customer specifications. PFC poppet valves are available for both cryogenic and ambient applications and are compatible with most fuels and oxidizers. They function reliably in extreme conditions, are optimized for weight reduction, and can be used with high pressure systems.

Butterfly Valves
PFC manufactures Butterfly Valves and the high pressure, spring return, pneumatic actuators which control them. Valve pressures range from 80 psi to 750 psi and may be customized for higher pressure applications. These valves are made for both ambient and cryogenic applications. Applications include system pre-valves and fill and drain valves. Sizes range from 2" through 4". The Butterfly Valve may be customized for larger sizes.

Vent and Relief Valves
PFC relief valves are available for both ambient and cryogenic applications including tank vents, inline and pop-off reliefs . Cracking pressures and line sizes vary based on system requirements.

Pressure Regulators
PFC offers a variety of pressure reducing regulators and back pressure regulators. We have single stage as well as dual stage for exact pressure control for launch/flight applications. PFC offers a series of dome loaded regulators, some sculpted for optimized weight, and others for ground applications. Cv's vary from .1 to over 100.

Check Valves
Precision Fluid Controls has a wide variety of cyrogenic and ambient check valve designs to meet the most challenging applications. Our valves range in size from 1/4", 3000 psi miniature valves for flight or ground to 4", 6000 psi valves for ground testing applications. Valves are available in a variety of materials, soft goods and end connections. PFC check valves are excellent options for high flow applications requiring bubble tight shut off.
